Overview

ReplyBooster ("we", "us") helps Facebook Page administrators receive and manage comments and Messenger conversations. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Facebook Page connection data. When a Page administrator connects a Facebook Page, we store the Page name, Page ID, and a Page access token provided by Meta so we can receive webhooks and manage Page subscriptions.
  • Comments and Messenger messages. When someone comments on a connected Page post or sends a Messenger message, Meta may send us the message text, comment text, sender name, sender ID, Page ID, and related webhook metadata.
  • Autoresponder and inbox data. We store automation rules, matching settings, conversation history, activity logs, and workspace settings you configure in the app.
  • Technical data. We store server logs and operational records needed to run the service, detect duplicate events, and troubleshoot issues.

How we use information

  • Receive and process Facebook Page comments and Messenger messages
  • Match incoming messages to automation rules configured by the Page administrator
  • Show conversation and activity history in the ReplyBooster dashboard
  • Maintain Page connections and webhook subscriptions with Meta
  • Operate, secure, and improve the service

What we send to Meta

ReplyBooster is receive-only unless a Page administrator explicitly enables outbound sending in the future. We do not sell personal information. We do not use Facebook data for advertising.

How we store information

Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure, including Supabase, with access limited to what is needed to operate the service. Page access tokens are stored server-side and are not exposed in the browser.

Data retention

We retain data while a Page remains connected and as needed to provide the service. A Page administrator can disconnect a Page in ReplyBooster, which removes the stored Page connection from our database.

Your choices

Page administrators can disconnect a Facebook Page in ReplyBooster at any time. People who interact with a connected Facebook Page should use Meta's settings to manage their Facebook account and communications preferences.

Third parties

We use Meta (Facebook) to receive Page events and may use hosting and database providers to run the application. Those providers process data only to provide their services to us.

Children

ReplyBooster is intended for use by Page administrators and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version.
